We provide merchants an e-commerce technology platform to sell their products online. Hence, all exchanges, refunds, and returns are the responsibility of your merchant.
This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning purchased items.
In addition to the general return policy, some merchants may have their own return policies. You need to ensure this with the merchant customer care service.
General Return Policy
All returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
All returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, with no signs of use or damage.
Exceptions to the General Return Policy
Perishable items, such as fresh produce, meat, desserts, and dairy, cannot be returned.
Items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or negligence cannot be returned.
Clearance or sale items cannot be returned.
Items that have been personalized or customized are non-returnable.
Eligibility for Returns
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact the concerned merchant or report via the app within 2 days of receiving the item.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact the seller or report via the app within 2 days of receiving the product.
Unworn and Unused: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
Inspection: Merchant reserves the right to inspect returned items before processing a refund or exchange.
Invoice : For a return, refund, or exchange, customers must provide their original tax invoice to seller on request
Return Process
a. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, contact merchant Customer care Service via phone or report via the app. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
b. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, the merchant will provide instructions on how to return the item.
c. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return delivery charge unless the return is due to a mistake on the merchant 's part.
Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase or by cash.
Timing: It is required 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the merchant receives the returned item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process . Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges (if applicable)
