Click on the "Login" link at the top of the website or “Account” icon in Mobile Apps. This will lead you to create an account and prompts you to enter your phone number and password. You will get an OTP to verify your number. Your Account is ready.
How do I reset my password?
Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. You will then be prompted to enter your phone number. We will send you an OTP to confirm your number. After verification, you can reset your password.
How do I change my account information?
Log in to your account and click on the "Profile" link at the top of the website or “Account” icon in Mobile Apps. You can then change your email address, billing address, delivery address, notification options and other information.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order status through “My Orders” by clicking “Account” Link in Mobile App or "Profile" link at the top of the website.
You will receive an order number once your order has been placed. You can track your order using this number with vendor customer care.
How do I contact a seller?
You can dial to seller customer care by clicking on the “Customer Service” button in specific order details page under “My Orders.”
