   Create your account by using your phone number. Set your delivery location. You can browse the bigbag marketplace, view products from different vendors and make purchases. bigbag suggests store-specific carts from your nearest location before you proceed checkout, and you may select the cart of your choice.

4. How do I pay for my order?

   We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Mada cards, etc.

5. What is the estimated time of delivery for my order?

   Delivery of orders usually occurs in 30 minutes. We list products from vendors within your nearby locations and facilitate fastest delivery in such areas.

6. Is my information secure when I order online?

   Yes, we use industry standard encryption algorithms to protect your personal and financial information.

7. Can I return products after delivery?

   Yes, Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.  On our platform, some sellers have their own return policies. You can connect with seller customer care for more clarification.

8. What if I have a problem with an order I placed?

   If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact the vendor directly or via phone, or submit a report to customer service through the app.

9. How do I create an account?

   Click on the "Login" link at the top of the website or “Account” icon in Mobile Apps.  This will lead you to create an account and prompts you to enter your phone number and password. You will get an OTP to verify your number. Your Account is ready.

10. How do I reset my password?

    Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. You will then be prompted to enter your phone number. We will send you an OTP to confirm your number. After verification, you can reset your password.

11. How do I change my account information?

    Log in to your account and click on the "Profile" link at the top of the website or “Account” icon in Mobile Apps. You can then change your email address, billing address, delivery address, notification options and other information.

12. How do I track my order?

    • You can track your order status through “My Orders” by clicking “Account”  Link in Mobile App or "Profile" link at the top of the website.

    • You will receive an order number once your order has been placed. You can track your order using this number with vendor customer care.

13. How do I contact a seller?

You can dial to seller customer care by clicking on the “Customer Service” button in specific order details page under “My Orders.”
